At by Parra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all signature Parra tags and packaging intact.
Register Your Return
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or a different size.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring the return form is included inside the package.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery information.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier drop-off point and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of our warehouse receiving the goods.
